The full Scottish breakfast is delicious with the bacon, croissants plus marmalade. The staff are all superfriendly and can show you hotel's astonishing attached restaurant.

Top rated and spotless place, competent and very efficient staff with who I believe was the manager. Ideal location in the gorgeous area, just off both New Town and Royal Mile as well as train stations and lots of bars and restaurants. And 15 mins walk to Royal Mile.

Very central location very close to bars, restaurants, shops, a square around the corner which had a parking discount and a very good restaurant, it was in a very quite area. The service we got was amazing.

The hotel is clean, WONDERFUL and has marvellous and brilliant location to a great Chinese restaurant nearby called Chop Chop. It has a spacious bar and really good staff. The room is well priced. Glad to have a seating area, a large kitchen, and coffee.

Had a brilliant stay which is sent via email after your visit, everything was very good. The location was ideal, very close to both the attractions in Old Town and New Town, almost all of the main sites, and Princes Street, one of the main shopping streets and right near The Princes Street Gardens. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.
